Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All items are handmade and can take up to two weeks to ship. We ship (generally on Fridays) via USPS parcel post (2-5 days) in a thick envelope. We are happy to offer prepaid international and overnight shipping, please contact us for a quote at machele@idol-light.com

RETURNS

Idol Light does not accept refunds due to the artisan nature of our work. If a package arrives damaged please let us know within 5 days of delivery. If an order does not meet your expectations please contact us and we will do our best to make you happy.

JEWELRY REPAIR

Help! I wore my necklace while I was rock climbing and it broke! I wore my earrings backpacking through Thailand and a twinkle fell out! Whatever the case may be, we can probably fix it. There may be a fee for repairs that are not due to manufacturing error. Please see our JEWELRY CARE page for proper care of your Idol Light and fill out or REPAIR REQUEST FORM should you need something fixed.
